A secondary marketplace that offers investors liquidity & immediate access to fixed monthly income.

All loans listed on the PLE are fully funded and have already been drawn down by the borrower.

Investors select loan parts to buy at face value (typically £1k) from the available loans listed and immediately start earning interest.

In Funding:

Newly approved loan requests, yet to fully-fund.

All loans listed In Funding are available to invest in. They earn interest once the loan is fully funded and drawn down by the borrower (approx. 5-7 days).

Investors select how many loan parts and Tranche(s) they want to invest in. The In Funding stage typically offers Lenders the most investment choice.
