When investing using your SIPP, you may only invest in commercial property loans made to limited companies and not Loan Investments secured against property with residential parts or to individual borrowers. The platform will highlight any non-SIPP eligible investments. If you wish to invest into loans with a residential, element please set up a personal lender account and invest outside of your pension.
Please contact The Proplend Team directly to discuss any aspect of Peer to Peer Lending, our accounts and the returns and the risks involved.
