- ‘Arrangement Fee’ – 2% of the amount borrowed, payable at drawdown.
- Valuation Fees – Agreed between the valuer and the borrower before instruction.
- Legal Fees – Agreed between Keystone Law and the borrower before instruction, although it is subject to uplifts if there are unexpected issues.
Other fees may be payable depending on the individual loan request (i.e. Broker fee).
Early Repayment Fees – may be applicable if repayment is made before the end of the term. Specific details will be set out in the loan contract.
